"The always personable, knowledgeable and professional Jose has since come out twice for work at my father-in-law's house. There's a "leaky" dog there that tags carpets and rugs throughout the house. Jose was able to do a very good job at removing the stains and the urine odor. He thoroughly and very honestly explains what he finds and doesn't make any unrealistic promises.
