Releasing ATLAS WINDOW AND CARPET CLEANING and any of their sub contractors From Any Liability for damaging glass on newly installed
windows during the initial window cleaning AND any future window cleanings.
Due to concern for damaging glass during construction window cleaning, ATLAS WINDOW AND CARPET CLEANING and any of their sub contractors, will not be liable for any scratching of glass or any other type of damage on the windows at

It is accepted and understood by ALL parties that when properly used, razor blades and scrapers and fine steel wool are standard tools and techniques for cleaning of new windows. These techniques and products can usually safely remove limited amounts of construction debris (plaster, paint, texture, tape, stickers, etc.) from quality glass, without scratching the glass surface. It is also understood that the property at

has glass that might be the type that should not be cleaned with razors or fine steel wool, the normal ways of cleaning new glass. Due to the possible presence of fabricating debris we will not be responsible for damage incurred when cleaning these windows on the initial cleaning or any future cleanings.
